This table is six feet long without the leaves and extends to nine feet long with both leaves in. Each leaf is 18" long, and insert in the middle of the table by a gear shaft mechanism. There is a fifth leg in the centre of the table that will increase the stability and strength of the table. The colour bourbon is highly recommended for this set. The chairs are a sturdy rustic style chair, with a lumbar support back piece. Very comfortable and durable!
