This table is five feet long without the leaves and extends to eight feet long with both leaves in. Each leaf is 18" long, and insert in the middle of the table by a gear shaft mechanism. There is a fifth leg in the centre of the table that will increase the stability and strength of the table. The colour bourbon is highly recommended for this set. The legs have been bolted on the side to add a more rustic feel - this is optional, please specify in the notes section which option you prefer.
